Hello everyone and welcome to www.canadahumandignity.ca the official website of the nonprofit organization Canada for Human Dignity in the Dominican Republic.

Our purpose is to help the men, women, boys and girls of the most marginalized communities in the deep South of the Province of Barahona, with programs in Health, Education, Nutrition and Gender Equality, and this website will be our vehicle to communicate with the world of all our activities on the island.

We believe that living with Human Dignity is a right to live a healthy life without basics needs that obstruct the progress and development of the human beings With rural medical clinics twice a week, in all towns of the deep South until the border with Haiti; a Used Cloth and Furniture Bank once a week, a Diapers Bank for infants and elderly people once a week and a Food Bank once a week, we will ease a little the life of men, women, boys, and girls in the deep South of the Dominican Republic.
