Hello everyone and welcome to www.canadahumandignity.ca the official website of the nonprofit organization Canada for Human Dignity in the Dominican Republic.

Our purpose is to help the men, women, boys and girls of the most marginalized communities in the deep South of the Province of Barahona, with programs in Health, Education, Nutrition and Gender Equality, and this website will be our vehicle to communicate with the world of all our activities on the island.

We believe that living with Human Dignity is a right to live a healthy life without basics needs that obstruct the progress and development of the human beings With rural medical clinics twice a week, in all towns of the deep South until the border with Haiti; a Used Cloth and Furniture Bank once a week, a Diapers Bank for infants and elderly people once a week and a Food Bank once a week, we will ease a little the life of men, women, boys, and girls in the deep South of the Dominican Republic. Our Services

Health

Our commitment to nutrition is reflected in our efforts to combat hunger and provide nutritious food to the communities we serve. Through our Food Bank, we ensure that no one has to face adversity with an empty stomach.

Used Clothes and Furniture Bank

The Used Clothes and Furniture Bank offers essential items for those in vulnerable situations. From clothing to furniture, each donation is treated with care and delivered to those who need it most.

Food Bank

Our Food Bank plays a crucial role in the fight against hunger, providing essential food to families and individuals in need, ensuring that every person can access adequate and nutritious food.

Canada for Human Dignity is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support to all people without distinction in the Dominican Republic.
